The Slaving of the Giants

by 5ocietyx

giant-humans-found-in-indiana-2 There are many reports of giants throughout history, both in religious texts such as the Bible and in folklore and myth, such as the story of Fionn MacCumhaill. Steven Quayle’s excellent log of all things giants GENESIS 6 GIANTS has many reports on the discovery of giant skeletons around the ancient world, ultimately suggesting these giants to be the Nephilim – the sons of God who fell upon the daughters of the Earth – in the book of Genesis.

In his extremely informative book Mutants: On the form, variety and errors of the human body, Armand Marie Leroi describes Aristotle’s observation of the effect that castration can have on an organism. “Nearly twenty-five centuries ago, while working on a remote Aegean island, Aristotle made an observation that was at once banal, beautiful and chilling.  ‘All animals,’ he wrote, ‘if operated on when they are young, become bigger and better looking their unmutilated fellows; if they be mutilated when full grown, they do not take on any increase of size… As a general  rule, mutilated animals grow to a greater length than the unmutilated.’ By ‘mutilation’ Aristotle meant castration. Hence the banality of his observation that merely repeated facts as well known to any fourth-century Greek farmer as to any modern one.. He had taken a barnyard commonplace, that gelded rams, stallion and cockerels are larger than intact animals..”

Two types, one tall, one short.

If we refer to the fossil record we can find two types of human forms, Neanderthal and Cro-Magnon. Researcher and psychologist Stan Gooch provided us with a sober theory about human origins, that we are in fact a hybrid of these two forms of primitive man. The morphology of both of these types differed enough for us to say that they were two separate species, one was a lot smaller than modern humans, and one was taller. you could say that to Neanderthal Cro-Magnon would have resembled a giant, and Gooch actually proposed that the Bible (or similar religious texts) are the written record of Neanderthal’s meeting with Cro-Magnon, preserved by us, human beings, the rightful heirs to those two previous legacies.

Cro-Magnon vs Neanderthal

Fee Fi Fo Fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman.

In the Welsh origin story of Brutus, founder of the Britons, his party of emigrants upon landing encounter only giants on the isles, whom they then proceed to chase down, fight and totally destroy.  These giants are clearly remnants of a previous race, who at this time existed only in the most isolated peninsulas of the European continent. They numbered so few they were easily eradicated by man. As stated before, Cro-Magnon was taller than humans, and had occupied Europe before humans, supplanting European Neanderthal before him, so it stands to reason that some members of the relic species Cro-Magnon could still have existed at the fringes of civilisation. it should be noted here that the tallest humans on Earth are in Denmark, Northern Europe, where giant myths are heavily prevalent.

Domestication.

Domestication of animals is believed to have begun prior to 33,000BCE, with the dog. But it would be fair to say that domestication of another kind would have taken place before this time, on a species much easier to control – humans. Slavery is said to be as old as humanity, and its not too much of a stretch of the imagination to see the control system in place today – such as our laws, codes of conduct or morals – is nothing more than the domestication of humans. Incidentally, Gooch proposed the actual hybridization event occurred around 35,000 years ago, in the approximate time frame during which domestication of animals began.

Egyptian depiction of domestication

Now, back to the meat and veg, so to speak.

Castration.

The practice of castration has persisted for thousands of years, with both domestic animals and humans. Arab slave traders, by far the most prolific and ambitious slavers ever, traded many castrated boys. ‘The Calipha in Baghdad at the beginning of the 10th Century had 7,000 black eunuchs and 4,000 white eunuchs in his palace.”[129] The Arab slave trade typically dealt in the sale of castrated male slaves. Black boys at the age of eight to twelve had their scrotum and penis completely amputated. Around 9 out of 10 bled to death during the procedure, but the high price brought by eunuchs on the market made the practice profitable.’ Castration was also used by many nations after war, where they would castrate the remaining men and boys, rather than kill them, preferring to use them as slaves. it was used by royal families to sever the family lines of those families whom they had supplanted, or whom they wanted to extinguish.

Theon Greyjoy, the character in Game of Thrones represents a castrated royal family line, both as prisoner to the Starks (Ned being a fair lord), and House Bolton.

In theory..

Is it possible that modern humans – upon discovery and subjugation of the few remaining Cro-Magnon – enslaved the giant species, and castrated any young they found along the way? if this castration punishment was happening at the same time as domestication of animals (and modern man) then humans wouldnt have failed to notice that castration in the infant stage makes for a larger being. So were the extreme giants that are according to Steven Quayle found all over the world the first attempts to control/castrate the old giant bloodlines, and create slaves out of our tall ancestors? After all, an army of giants would be very useful for a new species intent on world domination, and the relatively few remains found today could be explained by the fact that castration would have meant certain, and almost sudden, extinction of the genetic line of giants.

Our next line of investigation will be to study the skull shapes of currently known giants to determine how closely related they are to Cro-Magnon skulls.

The Goddess Sichun, Goddess Peak, Wu Mountain, China

by 5ocietyx

The Goddess Sichuan

“Goddess Sichun”, a granite peak located in the northeast of the Nanqingyuan Scenic Spot 1180 meters above the sea level, is the landmark sight of Mount Sanqingshan, 86 meters in overall height. The whole peak looks like the silhouette of a maid with shoulder-length hair. For millions of years, “the Goddess” sits gracefully among the mountains, gazing silently at the bustling world with a serene expression. Legend has it that the Goddess is the 23rd daughter of Queen Mother of the West, named Yaoji. She is regarded as the incarnation of spring, hence the name “Goddess Sichun” (literally, meaning spring).

Corduene, ancient Kurdistan – heartland of the Djinn?

by 5ocietyx

ancient Corduene

Corduene (also known as GordueneCordyeneCardyeneCardueneGordyeneGordyaeaKordueneKorchaykGordian, Hebrew:קרטיגיני ) was an ancient region located in northern Mesopotamia, present-day south-eastern Turkey and northern Iraq.

It has been cited as the country of the Carduchians (Kardashians?), a fertile mountainous district, rich in pasturage. The three principalities of CordueneMoxoene, and Zabdicene are referred to as Carduchian dynasties by Toumanoff. The Kingdom of Gordyene emerged from the declining Seleucid Empire and for most of its history, it was a province of the Roman Empire and acknowledged the sovereignty of Rome. From 189 to 90 BC it enjoyed a period of independence. The people of Gorduene were known to have worshipped the Hurrian sky God Teshub.

19th-century scholars, such as George Rawlinson, identified Corduene and Carduchi with the modern Kurds, considering that Carduchi was the ancient lexical equivalent of “Kurdistan”. This view is supported by some recent academic sources which have considered Corduene as proto-Kurdish or as equivalent to modern-day Kurdistan.

Jewish sources trace origins of people of Corduene to marriage of Jinns of King Solomon with 500 beautiful Jewish women. The same legend was also used by the early Islamic authorities to explain origins of Kurds.

Djinn straight from the bottle

Children of the Djinn (taken from The Forbidden Legacy of a Fallen Race by Andrew Collins)

‘The angel-worshipping cults of Kurdistan see themselves only as descendents of the patriarch Noah, the saviour of humanity whose direct family settled in their land. In contrast, the Kurdish Jews preserve a very curious story concerning the origins of their gentile neighbours, whom they refer to as “children of the djinn”. They say that long ago King Solomon ordered 500 djinn to find him 500 of the most beautiful virgins in the world. They were not to return until every last one was in their possession. The djinn had set about their immense task, going to Europe to seek out the maidens. Finally, after gathering together the correct number, the djinn were about to return to Jerusalem when they learnt that Solomon had passed away. In a dilemma, the djinn decided what to do. Should they return the girls to their rightful homes in Europe, or should they remain with them? Because the young virgins had “found favor in the eyes of the jinn, the jinn took them unto themselves as their wives. And they begot many beautiful children, and those children bore more children… And that is the way the nation of the Kurds came into being”.

In another version of the same story, 100 genies are dispatched by Solomon to search out 100 of the world’s most beautiful maidens for his personal harem. Having achieved this quota, Solomon then dies and the 100 genies decide to settle down with the maidens amid the inaccessible mountains of Kurdistan. The offspring of these marriages result in the foundation of the Kurdish race, “who in their elusiveness resemble their genie forefathers and in their handsomeness their foremothers”.’

Etymology

If we break the syllables down in the word ‘Corduene’ – and its modern equivalent ‘Kurdistan’ – we have two words, ‘Cor’ and ‘duene’. The first word is quite obviously the Proto-Indo-European root ‘Kerd‘, which means ‘core’ or ‘heart’ (see also Latin ‘Cor’). Is it possible the second word – with its unusual second letter ‘U’ – is a root of the word ‘duende‘, the Spanish folklore equivalent to the Arabic ‘Djinn‘? As well as possessing the same first letter as duende ‘Djinn’ also has an unusual second letter, and It is curious to note that the Kurdish people themselves attribute their origin to a mixture of Jewish virgins and Djinn fathers. Another word that has a similar first and second letters is ‘Twin‘. In fact, it’s quite remarkable how the PIE root ‘dwo’ sounds like the first part of ‘duende’. ‘dwo’ was equivalent to the modern English word ‘double’ as well as ‘two’, which reinforces the belief that the Djinn and Duende are somehow our second, or twin.

So was Corduene the ancient heartland of the Duende, or Djinn, the shadowy counterparts (and sometime parents) of the human race?

Brutus the Trojan King of Britain

by 5ocietyx

Someone once said the British are a bastard nation, in reference to there not being one particular tribe of British people who have inhabited the island for thousands of years, but more their being the result of a steady influx of foreigners. But the origin of the people who came to be known to the writers of history as British is still a hotly contested topic, one laced with centuries of intrigue and deception all of its own.

It is said in two of the most famous attempts at chronicling the nation – those of Nennius and Geoffrey of Monmouth – that the country was historically settled by a king known as Brutus, a member of a refugee community from the Trojan war. Both Geoffrey and Nennius claimed to have garnered their information from older sources, that we speculate have since been recovered and obscured by the Romans, or the Catholic Church, who both attempted to totally eradicate local historic knowledge during their repression and subjugation of conquered nations. In their tireless (and thankless) research, Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett have attempted to qualify the claims of Geoffrey of Monmouth and Nennius, and have in fact recovered many more folk stories that tell a similar story to the British works. But their research has been hampered by the red tape of bureaucracy, and a narrow-minded academia, who steadfastly refuse to accept anything other than an Anglo-Saxon origin for their people. The suppression of the Scottish, Welsh and Irish cultures by these same Anglo-Saxons continues to this day, and along with their admiration for Greek and Roman ideals, is the culture of what we know today as English.

Whilst exiled in Greece Brutus made himself known as a great warrior, to the point where he was seen as a potential leader and saviour. ‘His fame spreading over all countries, the Trojans from all parts began to flock to him, desiring under his command, to be freed from subjection to the Greeks.’ So already we have in the origins of Brutus an idea of escaping the Greeks, not admiring them.

During his messianic flight, Brutus and his group encountered a deserted island where they came across a temple devoted to Diana. Making libations to the Goddess he fell asleep by the altar, when he was visited in a dream by Diana, who said to him,

‘Brutus! there lies beyond the Gallic bounds
An island which the western sea surrounds,
By giants once possessed; now few remain
To bar thy entrance, or obstruct thy reign.
To reach that happy shore thy sails employ;
There Fate decrees to raise a second Troy,
And found an empire in thy royal line
Which Time shall ne’er destroy, nor bounds confine.’

They sailed west around Africa and stopped in France to do battle, before continuing on to the Isle then known as Albion, which was still inhabited by ‘the giants of old’. After quickly dispensing with the already dying race of giants Brutus and his people established their ‘Troia Nova’ – New Troy, in London, where Brutus was sworn in as king, upon the London Stone that now sits forlorn behind a faceless grill in Cannon Street.

The London Stone today.

The remains of this lost tribe, erased from the books of history by an establishment wishing to promote only classical Greco-Roman philosophies and practices, can still be decoded in place names and words of the British Isles. Wilson and Blackett claim it is the language of the Welsh, the Khymri, that is the original language of the Brutans, a language which came with the refugees from their homeland in the Middle-East. Interestingly, Wilson also claims the etymology of the English county name ‘Surrey’ is from Syria, where the Brutans originated. And phonetically, the Welsh, Cornish and French Breton languages are so similar, as to suggest that these are one tongue, separated only by passage of time. So place names such as ‘Ilfracombe’ in Devon, and ‘Blaen Cwm’ in Wales, ie. with the suffix ‘coom’ (which means ‘valley’ in Cymric), are actually no different when spoken – the Cymric pronunciation of the letter ‘W’ being an ‘oo’ sound. Swansea is known as ‘Abertawe’ to the Welsh, ‘Aber’ being a prefix for an estuary. As well as Welsh places such as ‘Aberfan’ and ‘Aberystwyth’, we see this word as far away as ‘Aberdeen’, which suggests the Scottish also once shared a common tongue with the Khymry of Wales.

The Druids, who dwelt all over Europe at one point, were said to have been destroyed finally by the Romans in Anglesey, the small island in the north-west of Wales. If its true that the Welsh were the unblemished descendants of the Brutans, then this chase into the Druid stronghold of Wales suggest to us that the Druids predated the Celts, who supplanted the British before the Romans in turn ‘civilised’ them. The Druids were wise men to the Celts even, who traveled across the Europe of their day to study under them. Old Welsh names for Anglesey include Ynys Dywyll (“Shady” or “Dark Isle”) perhaps for its former groves, and Ynys y Cedairn (“Isle of the Brave”) for its royal courts. (see Bryn Celli Ddu – the mound in the Dark Grove)

The Glastonbury Zodiac

In the Welsh countryside, Wilson and Blackett claim to have discovered an ancient zodiac, marked out with mounds and monuments, charting the positions of the twelve constellations of an older zodiac than we know today, much the same as Mary Caine’s Kingston Zodiac, and Katherine Maltwood’s now famous Glastonbury Zodiac, which include the Bird (phoenix, or dove?) instead of the Libra, or scales. Were these zodiac sectors the original boroughs of cities founded by these proto-Britons? It is said the zodiac we know today originated in the Middle-East with the Chaldeans, in around 700 BC, but that their zodiac contains the scales as Libra. It would then make sense that the older Brutan zodiac should contain a different sign for Libra, the Bird.

Below is an interview with the no-nonsense Alan Wilson, on his research into the two King Arthurs, which touches on the subject of the suppression of Brutus, as King of the Britons.

When One become two

by 5ocietyx

Always two there is…

This report from 2006 suggested humanity would eventually divide into two species; one race, tall, athletic and attractive, and the other squat, ‘dim-witted’ and ugly.

‘Evolutionary theorist Oliver Curry of the London School of Economics expects a genetic upper class and a dim-witted underclass to emerge.

The human race would peak in the year 3000, he said – before a decline due to dependence on technology.

People would become choosier about their sexual partners, causing humanity to divide into sub-species, he added.’

Is this a far cry (albeit in reverse) from evolutionary theorist Stan Gooch’s ideas about our origins? In fact, the descriptions used in the BBC piece could quite easily be of Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal man: The tall, athletic, ‘intelligent’ and attractive (to whom?) Homo Sapiens, and the short, dark, cave-dwelling Neanderthals, ancient foes still alive in the breast of one species, constantly at war with itself, both mentally and socially.

Gooch maintained that the final solution to the internal tug-o-war created by our hybridization would be genetic manipulation of the species. Through technology we would discover a way to eradicate our dual nature,  to divide Dr Jeckle from Mr Hyde once and for all. In some ways it would be the end of the humanity we know, but perhaps in other ways, it would be a fresh start. Without the constant battle between Ego and Self perhaps we could end the thousands of years of senseless warfare and enforced partition that have blighted the books of history since our time begun.

The heretic Stan Gooch vindicated (again)?

by 5ocietyx

In what seems like an almost verbatim retelling of the outcast researcher Stan Gooch’s theory of our evolution, anthropologists claim to have discovered the first Cro-Magnon/Neanderthal hybrid in Northern Italy. The skeletal remains are currently being analysed, but it is suspected that they individual lived 30 – 40, 000 years ago.

‘The genetic analysis shows that the individual’s mitochondrial DNA is Neanderthal. Since this DNA is transmitted from a mother to her child, the researchers conclude that it was a “female Neanderthal who mated with male Homo sapiens.”….The research team hints that the modern humans may have raped female Neanderthals, bringing to mind modern cases of “ethnic cleansing.” (ed. was this the first battle for Europe? See also Biblical account in Genesis of sons of God and daughters of the Earth)

For those who aren’t aware of Stan Gooch’s work, here is a very brief summary of his Hybrid-Origin theory, taken from his 1979 book ‘Guardians of the Ancient Wisdom’:

  1. From other human species, Cro-Magnon man evolves in Northern India during a long period of isolation, develops and practices sun worship and hunting magic; the culture is patriarchal.
  2. Elsewhere during the same period, different forms of Neanderthal evolve in Europe and the Middle East, while moon worship and earth magic is developed and practiced; the culture is matriarchal.
  3. Around 35,000 years ago, Cro-Magnon abandons India and heads west through the Middle East into Europe, overrunning Neanderthal. By 25,000 years ago, the predominant type in Europe is Cro-Magnon.
  4. In the Middle East a hybrid population, a cross between the Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal types, emerges. Pure Neanderthal has largely ceased to exist either here or in Europe.
  5. By 15,000 years ago, pure Cro-Magnon man has also ceased to exist, driven out of north and west Europe, into southern Europe, by renewed glaciation, absorbed by the hybrid type (that is, modern Homo sapiens).

So it looks like the late maverick Gooch is yet again vindicated, but not officially recognized for his years of tireless research, but then, what else would you expect?

The Unicorn Ryder of the Glastonbury Zodiac

The Ryder, Glastonbury

The Glastonbury Unicorn Ryder is a local legend of the area that has  been interwebified by Secrets of the Grail Landscape. He resembles Merlin more than a knight what with the tall pointed wizard’s hat and flowing gown.

When a painting of a unicorn was superimposed onto the Glastonbury unicorn their spiral horns protruded at different angles from each other even though the rest of the head was a good fit. But then again, it’s an artist’s impression of a mythological creature so the angle the horn points is open to interpretation. Of course, the whole thing could be nonsense to begin with.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Heligan (“The Willows” in Cornish) is first mentioned in the twelfth century. At that time it appears to have been part of an estate owned by the Arundell family. At some point later it transferred to the Hill family who sold the entire estate to Sampson Tremayne who, like his brother John, had moved from Devon in the mid C l6th. From this point there were two main branches of the family, the Devonian branch and the Cornish. The Devon branch were based at the magnificent Sydenham house near Lewdown and at Collacombe near Lamerton. Source

The ‘giants’ of Heligan resonate with Northumberlandia, the recently completed earth sculpture of a goddess.

The Giant of Mont Saint Michel

by 5ocietyx

Mont Saint Michel

Mont Saint Michel

A Giant from the legends of King Arthur. This Giant killed and abducted the niece of Brittany, Helena. He took her to his cave in the mountains known as Mont Saint Michel. He had plundered the nearby villages spreading fear among the locals. There was no man or woman who had not fled the land where the Giant dwelled. Hearing this, King Hoel then asked for the help of King Arthur and his knights to kill the Giant. King Arthur ventured with Sir Kay and Sir Bedevere, and two squires.

They rode through the deserted forests until they they were within site of Mont Saint Michel. Upon the mountain range they saw two fires burning one to the east and one to the west. King Arthur could not decide which one to investigate first and so he sent Bevidere to the smaller fire. Bevidere journeyed across the rocky terrain and drew his sword when he heard movements. When he came to the fire he met an old woman mourning next to a tomb. She told him that she cried for the death of a girl that she had nursed since childhood who had been killed by the Giant. She told Bevidere to leave this place now before the devilish beast killed them all. Bevidere reported back to King Arthur who decided to travel to the other larger fire alone. King Arthur with sword and shield in hand, approached the Giant in an attempt to catch him off-guard. The Giant lept up immediately and took a club of oak which he put in the fire. The two fought ferociously until King Arthur cut the Giant between his eyebrows. Blinded by blood the Giant thrashed about with his club and eventually caught King Arthur’s arm. The King wrestled free and after exchanging blade against wood, the King thrusted his sword under the Giant’s crocodile skin armour and killed him. He then called for assistance and Sir Kay beheaded the enormous man to prove to the locals that the Giant had been slain.
