The Chapel of St George: Heathrow’s Mithraic Temple?

by 5ocietyx

Mithraic-Temple-Heathrow

The Chapel of St George is located almost within the centre of the Heathrow Airport Hexagon which itself is in the centre of the Heathrow Airport Hexagram.

According to spacevoice.fsnet.co.uk this unusual subterranean cavern is located on the ‘Hidden Unity leyline’ otherwise known as the ‘A30 leyline’

“It (the ley) then goes across Staines Moor to reach Heathrow Airport chapel, a strange underground concrete cave marked on the surface by a cairn of stones surmounted by a cross. This chapel seemed to have powerful head-hum. It is, of course, multi-denominational with a multi-faith prayer room.”

When the 5ociety paid it a visit today for data gathering purposes we picked up the atmosphere usually associated with places of worship but recorded no ‘head-hum’, a term dowsers use to describe sensations in the head when present on a ley. This is probably explained by our currently less sensitive apparatus, namely our brains, compared to experienced dowsers.

We did however record the magnetic field strength within the temple and found that it fluctuated between 80-90 uT (microteslas). This compared to a fluctuation of 180-190 uT in the subterranean tunnels of London Underground’s Heathrow loop and a steady 200 uT when above ground.

Ostensibly it is a Ecumenical Christian chapel yet a multi-faith, interdenominational prayer room too, the Chapel of St George is essentially a Mithraic temple as denotes its subterranean cavern-like structure.

The Harrow-on-the-Hill Pentagram

by 5ocietyx

Harrow-PentagramThe Harrow Pentagram: Centre is St. Mary’s at Harrow-on-the-hill. The five points around it are: Belmont Hill Stanmore, Horsenden Hill Greenford, Barn Hill Wembley, Dabbs Hill, St. John’s Pinner.

According to Christ Street of earthstars.co.uk

“London’s ley lines are not just simple straight alignments. Many of our ancient sacred sites are located in precise and complex geometric patterns on the landscape. When I first began to investigate this phenomenon in the early 1980s, I found a vast and beautiful network of sacred geometry linking many of London’s ancient sacred sites. It covered  the whole of Greater London and extended to linkup with other similar places the length and breadth of the land.

Most of the patterns are star-shaped, so the name Earthstars came naturally.

Earthstars can be understood in many ways. As a vast landscape temple.

As a construction of the spirit of the land, or in the case of London, the soul of the city.

As an aspect of the universal and planetary life-force, the web of life, which invisibly connects and binds all things.

As a protective spiritual aura over our Capital and other places where they are found.

Ultimately, I believe the specific geometry of London’s Earthstars (and the sites which define them) form a vast stargate, through which a transformative evolutionary force will affect our planet.

Obviously, this could only happen when certain planetary and stellar alignments occur. What they might be is open to debate.

Astrologers amongst you will know that the galactic centre will be focussed on London from 2012 and will remain there for the next fifty years.”

The Harrow Pentagram is not far from the Heathrow Airport Hexagram which is a patented airport runway design known as the ‘Star of David’ and is not thought to be based on leylines yet also forms a geometric shape on the landscape.

Heathrow Airport’s ancient temple

When Heathrow Airport was built the north runway covered an ancient temple thought to be the oldest ever discovered in Britain.

The temple has been likened to a classic Greek temple only made of wood rather than stone.

William Camden references it in Britannica.

“On the north edge of Hounslow Heath towards King’s Arbour is a Roman Camp, a simple work and not large.”

Heathrow was the scene of the largest ever archaeological dig in Britain between 1998 – 2006.

Ba

The Ba is the spirit. It is often translated as “the soul”. The ba is shown as a human headed bird. “The ba could move outside of the tomb, and return back to earth” (Defrates 44). “There was probably only a phonetic relationship between the bird and the concept”

In his post cyber-punk novel Pattern Recognition William Gibson mentions ‘soul delay’ experienced after long flights:

“Souls can’t move that quickly, and are left behind, and must be awaited, upon arrival, like lost luggage.”

Whether this has any truth in it or is a use of fictional artistic license depends on your own experience of jet-lag.
